What resorts can you go to lightly, first of all without visa formalities? The choice is decent — to varying degrees, 46 countries have already introduced "visa-free" for Belarusians.
The list was helped to be compiled by the owner of a travel agency in Molodechno, Valeria Shestak, MLYN.BY.
Post-Soviet countries
Russia. Beach lovers are recommended to take a closer look at the famous resorts of Anapa, Gelendzhik, Sochi. Beautiful nature, warm sea, hot corn. Season: June — end of September.
Ukraine. Resorts located there have been breaking all records of attendance by Belarusians for several years now. Local advantages work: budget accommodation and good transport links with our country.
Season: June — end of September.
Azerbaijan. An abundance of ancient fortresses and palaces, quality inexpensive отдых on the Caspian Sea and oil treatment in Naftalan. This is what tourists go to Azerbaijan for. And also to take a walk in Old Baku, where all the "foreign" episodes of the cult "Diamond Arm" were shot.
Season: April to October. But it should be borne in mind that strong northern winds are characteristic of Azerbaijan in the fall.
Georgia. There is something for everyone here. Interested in mountains — go to Svaneti. If you are a gourmet and appreciate exquisite Georgian wine — go to Kakheti. If you prefer subtropics, sea, palm trees and exotic — choose Adjara.
Season: May to September. The tourist boom occurs in July — August. Comfortable temperature for swimming in the sea — from mid-June to the end of September.
Europe
Albania. Here you can отдыха up to 90 days without a visa. For many years, the country was isolated from the world, so tourists still have to learn about its rich cultural past, enjoy beautiful nature with picturesque canyons and beautiful clean beaches. Albanians are hospitable in a Balkan way: they feed generously and deliciously, and at the same time, prices for tours are quite reasonable. Season: from the beginning of June to September.
Montenegro. You can come here without a visa upon invitation or with a tourist voucher and stay up to 30 days. Montenegro is a country with a wonderful climate, clear sea, pebble beaches, magnificent cuisine with an abundance of seafood, as well as a rich historical and cultural heritage and the cleanest air. Season: from the beginning of June to September.
Israel. Three seas, numerous clinics and SPA-salons, an ancient historical past (Jerusalem alone is worth it!) make Israel an attractive tourist destination. Season: all year round.
Asia
Turkey. In 2018, this country was recognized as having the largest number of beaches awarded "blue flags". This means that they meet high standards of ecology and safety. Those planning to spend up to 30 days in Turkey do not need a visa. We recommend not limiting yourself to beach отдых. There's plenty to see during excursions.
Season: on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey — from May to the end of October. On the Aegean coast, it's better to rest from June to September.
Vietnam. In 2015, this country joined the list of visa-free countries (stay up to 15 days). Vietnam has chic white sandy beaches, ancient temples, wild jungles, tropical forests, mountains, and a completely different way of life. Season: all year round.
Indonesia. The "visa-free" period in this country lasts up to 30 days. Indonesia, by the way, is called the dream of newlyweds: crystal clear sea, picture-perfect beaches, bright sunsets. Plus, there's diving, surfing, and trekking.
Season: from May to October.
China. First of all, pay attention to Hainan Island — excellent hotels, 300 sunny days a year, and all the attributes of a luxurious exotic resort. Season: from November to May.
Africa
Egypt. In this country, we have a conditional "visa-free". This means you still have to get a visa — at the airport upon arrival. It costs 25 dollars. But if you don't plan to leave the Sinai Peninsula, the stamp will be given to you for free. Undoubtedly, the advantages of отдыха in Egypt include the fantastic underwater world of the Red Sea.
Season: all year round.
Tunisia. You can stay in this country without a visa for up to 90 days. It's a unique place on the map where European service complements Eastern hospitality. Large beaches, a rich excursion program, thalassotherapy, and hammams. Starting this year, charters from Minsk will go to Tunisia again.
Season: for lovers of tropical heat and warm sea, July and August are ideal; for those who prefer comfortable, not hot weather — June, September, and October.
South America
Argentina. Visa-free stay is possible for up to 90 days. Argentina is famous for its unique atmosphere, a mix of traditions of the New and Old Worlds, as well as an extraordinary variety of man-made and natural attractions.
Season: for beach отдыха — from October to May. However, Argentina is a large country, so you can enjoy your stay here at any time.
Brazil. Carnival, Amazon jungles, Rio de Janeiro beaches and visa-free entry for Belarusians. Brazil welcomes tourists almost all year round.
Season: the peak of tourists falls on the New Year holidays and the carnival time (in February).
North America
Mexico. Sombreros, cacti, tequila, chili peppers — all this is Mexico. Delicious cuisine, sandy beaches, emerald waters of the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific Ocean. And all this without visas! Season: from November to April.
Islands
Cuba. The Island of Freedom exempts Belarusians from all visa formalities for 30 days. Rum, cigars, hot dances, great beaches — memories of this will last for a long time. Season: from April to May (sometimes June).
Seychelles. The most respectable and expensive resort in the world. This "Bounty country" has the most beautiful beaches, unique coconut palms. And the Indian Ocean is so rich in large fish that even the most unlucky fisherman will not leave without a catch.
Season: all year round, however, most tourists come here in winter.
How to save on vacation?
Book air tickets and hotels in advance. Better — several months before the trip. Early booking of tours with operators will provide not only the best prices, but also the opportunity to choose a good hotel and a convenient date of departure.
Subscribe to public pages on social networks specializing in discounts and promotions from airlines and hotels, as well as hot tours.
Fly to the resort not at the height of the season. This will save you from the exhausting heat and rid you of the tourist rush.
Check the conditions for withdrawing cash from your card and the specifics of currency exchange in the country of stay.
To avoid spending money on roaming, buy a sim card from a local mobile operator.
In some countries, there is no point in booking 3-4* hotels. It's better to pay for apartments, a guest house or a hostel.
In some countries, it's not worth taking full board at the hotel. For example, in Thailand, street food is not only delicious, but also inexpensive. Choose not tourist cafes, but those where locals sit. This is a real sign of quality!
