Since October 17, 2023, the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of Ukraine on mutual recognition and equivalence of educational documents, academic degrees and titles has been suspended. Recognition gives the holder the same rights as holders of educational documents of the Republic of Belarus.
