Belarusians will be able to visit another country by the sea with a Schengen visa.

The country is small, but it has access to both the sea and the ocean.
Gibraltar opens entry according to Schengen Zone rules, writes 34travel. The UK and Spain have signed an agreement to abolish border checks on the land border between Gibraltar and Spain.
Actually, Gibraltar is not a completely "real" country; it is an overseas territory of the UK. Nevertheless, Gibraltar has its own flag, coat of arms, currency (Gibraltar pound), and other attributes of sovereignty.
Gibraltar's area is only 6.5 square kilometers (63 times smaller than Minsk), but it has strategic control over the Strait of Gibraltar and access to both the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean.
The deal closes the last major unresolved issue after Brexit. Gibraltar will remain under British sovereignty, which is clearly stated in the agreement. However, it will be closely integrated into the Schengen area: entry into Gibraltar through Spain will be possible with a Schengen visa or visa-free, without additional checks or a Gibraltar visa. This opens up access to the territory for citizens of third countries who are allowed to enter the Schengen Area without any additional visas.
Previously, Belarusians needed a separate visa to enter Gibraltar, regardless of having a Schengen or British visa.
Now, double passport control will be introduced at Gibraltar's airport and port: on the one hand, Spanish, according to Schengen Zone rules, on the other hand, British. Control will be carried out jointly by border guards from both countries.
The agreement still needs to be formalized and ratified legally.
