Provision of medical care to citizens of Ukraine

In Belarus, medical care, both emergency and routine, is available and provided to everyone who needs it, regardless of citizenship and residence status.
If you arrived from Ukraine to Belarus after February 24, 2022 and you do not have a temporary or permanent residence permit in Belarus, you have the right to affordable medical care on an equal basis with citizens of Belarus.

If you have a temporary or permanent residence permit, then ambulance and emergency care will be provided to you free of charge, scheduled care - on a fee basis.
If you have received refugee/additional protection status, then both emergency and routine medical care will be provided to you on an equal basis with citizens of the Republic of Belarus.
In addition, as a citizen of another country, you can purchase a voluntary health insurance policy, which will determine the procedure for paying for emergency and planned medical care provided in outpatient and inpatient settings.
If you work under a contract (employment contract), planned medical care is provided at the expense of the employer in the manner and in the amounts stipulated by the contract, or at the expense of personal funds of citizens.
