    How to get a work visa to Belarus?

       Currently, more and more foreign citizens are seeking to find employment in Belarus with its dynamic economy, stability, and prospects.

       To legally find employment in the Republic of Belarus, a foreigner must obtain a work visa, which provides not only the right to work but also a temporary residence permit (TRP) for the period of employment. To apply for a work visa, you must contact the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus abroad.

       A) Algorithm for obtaining a work visa at the embassy

       What documents need to be submitted?

       - passport;

       - visa application;

       - health insurance;

       - photo 35x45 mm;

       - document confirming the basis for issuing a work visa – employer's visa application (sample on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus with an annexed special permit (if necessary).

       - consular fee.

       How to confirm receipt of a special permit?

       There are two ways:

       - after receiving the special permit from the Department of Citizenship and Migration, the employer notarially certifies a copy of this document and sends it to the embassy.

       - information about the presence of such a permit is submitted to the embassy of the Republic of Belarus of the foreigner's nationality by the Department of Citizenship and Migration that issued it.

       After obtaining a visa, a foreigner acquires the right to come to Belarus by any means of transport.

       B) Which foreigners have the right to work without obtaining a special permit?

       According to international agreements of the Republic of Belarus, obtaining a special permit is not required for employment of citizens:

       of Russia;

       of Kazakhstan;

       of Armenia;

       of Kyrgyzstan.
